What is offered?
We offer a 14 day window for exchanges. Refunds are offered in the form of store credits valid for life. However, all purchases made from the usage of a sale coupon are not eligible for return and as such are considered final sale.

Go to the contact page and submit your information explaining that you would like to return / exchange your order and your reasoning. Here's what we would like to see:
We will then get back to you with an answer within 24 hours (monday to friday) of receiving your email to make sure we have the desired exchange in stock.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please include the packing slip so we know who is sending the package back / what your order number is etc. Without the packing slip no orders can be returned / exchanged.
We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package. Isla Rosa Swimwear is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.
Once the return/exchange safely arrives at our facility, we will inspect the item(s) condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
Authenticity & Warranty
Isla Rosa Swimwear only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from this website. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first thirty days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
